Human resource is the foundation of KN. The talents are attracted by KN via sentimental attachment to KN or system of KN or salary of KN. KN has emphasis on the development of human resource as well as introduction and education of the talents.
KN establishes a series of human resource management system such as scientific, regulative and systematic position level, salary securities, performance management by introducing systematic and advanced human resource management approach acc. to the requirements of modern enterprise management system.
